Natalie King

FOUNDER

Natalie King brings a background in corporate media, creative production, and business development to Smart Tech Tiny Home Development. Her professional journey includes supporting major corporate media projects, contributing to the growth of JVF-Film, and participating in film, sports, and corporate events.

Her experience also extends to charitable and community initiatives involving the Dallas Cowboys, North Texas Food Bank, and Children’s Hospital, reflecting her appreciation for opportunities that make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Through her professional experience working with homeowners, Natalie gained a deeper understanding of the desire for more manageable housing, greater flexibility, and peace of mind. Combined with her longtime interest in tiny-home living and emerging smart technology, that perspective inspired a simple question: What if a smaller home could still feel comfortable, intelligent, and premium?

That question became Smart Tech Tiny Home Development — a vision for thoughtfully designed compact homes where modern technology, personalized features, and home-concierge conveniences come together to create a more enjoyable living experience.

Eric Jackson

CHIEF EXECUTIVE

Eric Jackson is an entrepreneur, inventor, and business creator whose entrepreneurial journey started at age 12 as a paperboy, growing his route from a dozen houses to several neighborhoods. That early drive eventually led him into ventures spanning graphic design, photography, and telecommunications.

At 29, Eric founded Street Smart LLC to bring his patented invention, Lock Laces, to market. After successfully selling the patent rights, he continued building and developing businesses. In 2015, he co-founded JETCO, an environmental construction company, later selling his interest to launch Zulu Bravo Sports in 2017.

Across those businesses, Eric has gained firsthand experience taking ideas from concept to market, developing companies, and recognizing opportunities for growth. He brings that entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving approach to his role as Chief Executive of Smart Tech Tiny Home Development.
