The current concept provides approximately 900 sq ft across two levels, with one bedroom and one bathroom on each floor. The main level keeps the kitchen and bedroom arrangement compact while opening the living room for easier circulation. Upstairs adds the second bedroom, bathroom, washer and dryer, walk-in closet, dedicated work area, and balcony.
